On March 17, 2006, a tragic and violent incident occurred in Portland, Oregon, resulting in the deaths of Soupaphane Homsombath, her 8-year-old son Lionel, and her 5-year-old daughter Leana. The victims were found at the Zachary Park Apartments, located at 3601 N.E. 162nd Ave, after a neighbor reported hearing gunshots.
