On September 10, 2015, 61-year-old Patricia Jean Davis was found deceased in her Albany, Oregon home, the victim of a fatal shooting. Neighbors reported hearing gunshots emanating from the residence on Southeast Tudor Way around 6 p.m., prompting them to alert the authorities.

Upon arrival, Albany Police officers encountered Patricia's son, 27-year-old Hank Curtis Davis, who surrendered without incident. Inside the home, officers discovered Patricia's body, confirming she had been shot. ...Read More
