On the evening of September 3, 2016, a distressing 911 call from 51-year-old Deborah Perry set in motion a tragic sequence of events in the quiet community of Azalea, Oregon. Perry reported an intruder at the Quines Creek Road residence she shared with 55-year-old Larry Porter, stating they had both been sprayed with a substance believed to be pepper spray. In the midst of the call, the dispatcher heard the chilling sound of gunshots, and Perry's voice fell silent.
