In the early morning hours of January 3, 2017, the quiet community of Hubbard, Oregon, was disturbed by the sight of a raging fire. First responders arrived at a home on Fobert Road NE around 3 a.m. to find not just the house, but a shop and a detached garage also engulfed in flames, with each structure appearing to have been ignited separately.
