On November 19, 2018, a series of violent incidents unfolded in downtown Portland, Oregon, resulting in the deaths of two individuals, one of whom was Carol Horner, a 70-year-old resident of Portland.

Carol Horner's body was discovered by police underneath the west end of the Morrison Bridge on the evening of November 19, 2018.
