On a tragic spring day in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, the life of 60-year-old Elizabeth Ann Mansfield was cut short. On May 13, 2016, she and her 79-year-old mother, Shirley Clark, were found shot to death at a residence in the small historic town. The Caucasian woman and her mother were discovered near the rear porch of the home.
