Aaren O'Connor, 25, was tragically killed by a stray bullet on February 5, 2016, while sitting in her car outside her home in Chicago, Illinois. She had moved to the city about a year and a half earlier to be closer to her boyfriend and had just returned home from work. At the time of the incident, Aaren was on the phone with her father in San Diego, having a casual conversation.
