On September 24, 2020, the community of Weirton, West Virginia, was shaken by the tragic deaths of Melissa Rowland and her 15-year-old daughter, Madison Renee Crowe, who was often affectionately known as 'Flo.' The incident occurred at their home on Ardmore Avenue.
