On a Thursday afternoon just before the Christmas holiday, the quiet of a home on Woodmire Drive in Milton, West Virginia, was shattered by violence. Inside, Mark Kenneth Beilstein, a 52-year-old White male, was fatally shot on December 22, 2022. A loving husband and father of five, Beilstein was a respected figure in his community, serving as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Kings Daughters Medical Center and actively involved in his church and his children's school activities.
