On a summer day in Iowa, June 22, 1933, the life of Harry Hampton Elliott, a 38-year-old White/Caucasian male, was cut tragically short. Near the town of Spencer, what began as a routine surveillance operation for the Prohibition Agent ended in a fatal roadside confrontation. Elliott, along with his partner, Agent A. A.
