In the quiet town of Hampton, Iowa, the life of 32-year-old Angela Devries-Woltjer was tragically cut short on January 4, 2002. On that day, she was shot to death by her 37-year-old husband, Gordon Woltjer. The violence that unfolded was a domestic tragedy, concluding with Gordon taking his own life.
