Justin Montravious Dollen, a 27-year-old resident of Waterloo, Iowa, lost his life to gun violence in the early hours of Sunday, August 30, 2015. The incident occurred outside the Porsches Theater of Arts, also known as the Fantasy Theater, located at 1850 W. Airline Highway in Waterloo. The shooting took place around 3:30 a.m., and Dollen sustained multiple gunshot wounds as a result.
