In the quiet town of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, the life of a 44-year-old Caucasian woman named Brigitte Georgette Duncan came to a tragic end on June 30, 2014. On that Monday afternoon, a relative entered her home at 36 Webb Street to a grim discovery in a first-floor bedroom: the bodies of Brigitte and her 51-year-old husband, Stuart Duncan. Both had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
