In the early morning hours of August 2, 2020, Jennifer Hicks, a 20-year-old Caucasian female, was fatally shot in a commuter parking lot in Manchester, Connecticut. She was in a vehicle with 24-year-old Gregory Scott and another individual at the time of the incident.
