Travis M. Allen, 28, male, was shot late Wednesday morning on August 24, 2016, while sitting in a parked car with friends outside his home in Englewood, on the 5700 block of South Emerald Avenue. According to police and the Cook County medical examiner's office, the group heard gunfire, scrambled from the vehicle and ran; Allen was struck multiple times in the torso.
