In the small town of Swifton, Arkansas, a sense of shock and sorrow descended upon the community in the days following Christmas of 2013. On the evening of Thursday, December 26th, Jackson County authorities were called to a residence on Main Street. Inside, they discovered the body of 14-year-old Isaac Odell Williams of Newport.
