In the early morning hours of a Friday in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the discovery of a young man's body shattered the quiet of the neighborhood at 19th Avenue and Grant Street. On December 4, 2015, police were called to the scene around 7:20 a.m. following a report of a possible deceased person.
