Brandon Lamarcus McKay, a 19-year-old resident of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, tragically lost his life on December 4, 2015. Born on November 3, 1996, to the late Frank McKay, Sr. and Janice Charles, Brandon's life was cut short in a violent incident that shocked the local community.
