Kenny Coleman, 57, male, Black/African American, was found dead alongside 52-year-old Charles Jones inside a small home on Miller Street in Jonesboro on the night of December 28, 2016. A relative discovered the bodies and ran to a neighbor’s house to call 911. Responding officers treated the scene as a double homicide; early statements from police and local outlets indicated both men appeared to have been shot, and their bodies were sent to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory for autopsy.
