In the late summer of 2018, the community of Warren, Arkansas, was shaken by the violent death of 29-year-old Caleb White, a male resident of the town. On September 7, 2018, White was discovered deceased inside a truck in the Bradley County area, having been fatally shot. The incident prompted an investigation by the Warren Police Department in conjunction with the Arkansas State Police CID Division.
The investigation soon led to the identification of multiple suspects.
Within days, authorities made their first arrests in connection with the murder. Tony Jackson, a 25-year-old from Warren, and LaDonte Miller, an 18-year-old from Monticello, were taken into custody. Jackson was charged with capital murder and tampering with physical evidence. Miller also faced a charge of capital murder. Both men were held without bond following their initial court appearance before Judge Bruce Anderson on September 17, 2018.
The case continued to unfold as the investigation pressed on, leading to a third arrest on September 18, 2018. Kobe Junior, a 19-year-old from Little Rock, was apprehended on a capital murder warrant for his alleged involvement in White's death. He was awaiting his first judicial appearance. The Monticello Police Department also provided assistance during the course of the investigation into the death of Caleb White.
