In the quiet town of Hazen, Arkansas, a devastating scene unfolded on the evening of March 4, 2022, forever altering the lives of a local family. Forty-six-year-old Mirranda Turner-Munnerlyn, a female resident of nearby Carlisle, was found deceased outside a home on U.S. Highway 63. The discovery was made by Hazen police officers who were responding to a report of a shooting incident at approximately 9:39 p.m.
