On December 5, 2007, 53-year-old Dianne Marie Clavin Trent was tragically killed during a mass shooting at the Von Maur department store in Omaha, Nebraska. Dianne, a former airline stewardess, had returned to Omaha approximately eight years earlier to be closer to her family following the unexpected death of her husband, Pete. She was known for her love of travel and shopping, and was described by her nephew, Mike Taylor, as "very beautiful."
