In the late summer of 2010, a tragedy unfolded in the desert city of Lake Havasu, Arizona, forever altering the lives of several families. On August 29th, Ashleigh Marie Nyland, a 23-year-old woman, was killed in a violent outburst that claimed multiple lives. Ashleigh, who had previously attended schools in Washington state before moving to Arizona, was among the victims of a mass shooting.
