In the predawn hours of Christmas morning, a disturbance in Polson, Montana, ended in the tragic death of 31-year-old Sheldon Fisher of Pablo. The incident, which unfolded around 3:30 a.m. on December 25, 2024, prompted several 911 calls reporting a shooting in the vicinity of 11th Avenue West. When officers from the Polson Police Department, Lake County Sheriff's Office, and Flathead Tribal Police arrived at a housing complex on 4th Street West, they found that Fisher had been fatally shot.
