Investigators determined that Erick Muñoz and 18-year-old Anthony Moran were involved in a disturbance that escalated into gunfire. Witness statements identified Moran as the shooter. The following day, June 11, 2023, Moran was arrested without incident by Grand Prairie Police officers assigned to the U.S. Marshals North Texas Fugitive Task Force, with assistance from the Arlington Police Department.
