On August 10, 2023, in Georgetown, Texas, 73-year-old Sylvia Rodriguez was tragically killed in a murder-suicide incident involving her son, Albert Rodriguez, aged 52. The Williamson County Sheriff's Office reported that around 5 p.m., a 911 call alerted authorities to a shooting at a residence in the 500 block of Vaughn Street.
