On January 8, 2023, at approximately 4:30 p.m., 15-year-old Juan Viveros was fatally shot at Dickey Park in Dinuba, California. Upon arrival, officers found Viveros deceased at the scene. Two other minors were also injured in the incident; one sustained critical injuries to the head and succumbed to his injuries two days later.
