On August 11, 2023, 19-year-old Erica Flagg was found deceased from a gunshot wound to the head in a residence on the 7000 block of Bonsallo Avenue in South Los Angeles. Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department responded to a shooting report at approximately 9:35 p.m., and formal pronouncement of death was made at 9:53 p.m.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office classified her death as a homicide. Erica was born on January 7, 2004, and was cremated following her passi ...
