On October 22, 2023, in Klamath, California, 38-year-old Randall Flesher was fatally shot. The incident occurred around 11:40 a.m. on the 17400 block of South U.S. 101. The suspect, 22-year-old Dylon Rhodes, contacted emergency services, reporting that he had accidentally shot his friend.
