On March 3, 2024, at approximately 6:00 p.m., a tragic mass shooting occurred during a birthday celebration at a residence on the 200 block of North 2nd Street in King City, California. Among the four fatalities was 32-year-old Olivo Perez Pina, a resident of King City. The assailants, described as three masked individuals dressed in dark clothing, arrived in a stolen silver Kia, opened fire on the attendees, and subsequently fled the scene.
