On the night of July 30, 2024, Kevin Santos, a 33-year-old resident of Los Angeles, was fatally shot in the Florence-Graham neighborhood of South Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 10:20 p.m. in the 300 block of West 77th Street, where officers discovered Santos and another man, believed to be in his 20s, suffering from gunshot wounds in an alley.
