In the late summer of 2023, the life of Marlo Darrell Watkins Jr., a 23-year-old male from Memphis, Tennessee, was tragically cut short. On August 13, 2023, Watkins fell victim to gun violence in the city, a loss that deeply affected his family and community. He was the son of Marlo Darnell Watkins Sr. and Selena Prewitt, and a father to four children, Marlo Albright, Martavious Albright, Marcus Albright, and TaRiyah Tate.
