On February 11, 2024, 18-year-old Fares Shihab was tragically killed during a violent crime spree in Memphis, Tennessee. Fares was working at the Smoke and Vape Shop on East Shelby Drive when he was fatally shot shortly before 10:30 a.m. Family members, including his cousin Adel, arrived at the scene to find a heavy police presence and received the devastating news of Fares' death.
