On the night of September 13, 2024, in Antioch, Tennessee, 48-year-old Antonio Munoz Rizo, a Hispanic male, was found shot to death at a residence on Bart Drive. He was one of three men killed in a triple homicide that also took the lives of his 28-year-old son, Jesus Manuel Munoz-Morales, and 22-year-old Jesus Gallardo-Ramirez. All three victims had connections to the Atlanta, Georgia area.
The investigation into the killings has revealed that the incident is linked to a Hispanic
prostitution operation that was being run out of the Bart Drive home. According to neighborhood surveillance footage, two of the victims arrived at the house with a woman in a white Honda with a Georgia temporary license plate at about 10:35 p.m. Shortly after, several individuals who had parked nearby approached the home on foot. Gunshots erupted, and the three victims were fatally wounded. The suspects then fled the scene in their vehicles.
A fourth man, who was riding a bicycle in the area at the time of the shooting, was struck in the hip by a stray bullet and later taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Authorities have interviewed this individual in connection with the case. The woman who arrived with two of the victims is believed to have escaped out the back of the house and was not seen leaving with the suspects. Law enforcement has publicly urged her to come forward to assist with the investigation and to ensure her safety. The Emergency Communications Center was notified of the shooting at 11:11 p.m., more than 30 minutes after the gunshots were fired, by a person in Atlanta who was calling on behalf of a Spanish-speaking friend who had requested police respond to a fight at the residence. Homicide detectives are actively pursuing leads in collaboration with authorities in the Atlanta area. As of now, no arrests have been publicly announced.
