In the early hours of October 4, 2023, a tragic incident unfolded in Pittsburgh's Hill District, resulting in the deaths of 16-year-old Cameron Blue-Gray and 33-year-old Robert Lee Freeman Jr. At approximately 3 a.m., Pittsburgh police responded to a 16-round ShotSpotter alert near the 2300 block of Webster Avenue.
