On the evening of October 10, 2023, 22-year-old Kai Jua Hall was fatally shot at a 7-Eleven gas station on Pavilion Boulevard in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 10:00 p.m. An argument erupted between Hall and other individuals, escalating into violence that resulted in Hall being shot.
