On November 20, 2023, 24-year-old Ethan Lewis Hahn of Hildebran, North Carolina, tragically lost his life in a hunting accident near Adventist Circle in Morganton. Ethan was hunting with his father, Mark Hahn, in the Pisgah National Forest when he apparently slipped on a steep, leaf-covered trail.
