Lemont Marquis Frazier, affectionately known as "Baby Boy," was born on August 2, 1995. He passed away on October 17, 2016, in Phoenix, Arizona, at the age of 21. A memorial service was held in his honor on Saturday, November 5, 2016, at 10 a.m. at the Fountain of Life House of Worship, located at 8838 South 2nd Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85041, with Pastor Victor J. Rushing Sr. officiating.
