In the early morning hours of September 2, 2023, a dispute in Queens, New York, turned deadly, claiming the life of 31-year-old Treva Sookgal, a male resident of the borough. The incident unfolded around 4:19 a.m. near the intersection of 125th Street and 101st Avenue in the South Richmond Hill neighborhood. Police responded to a 911 call and discovered Sookgal at the scene with a fatal gunshot wound to his chest. He was rushed to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. ...
