Any updates on this case?
On December 18, 2023, Heather M. Abdallah, aged 40, and her husband, Michael H. Abdallah, aged 44, were found deceased in their East Syracuse home on West Benedict Road. Both victims had apparent gunshot wounds to their upper bodies. A polymer 80 9mm ghost gun was discovered near Michael's body, along with spent shell casings and additional live rounds.
