On March 31, 2023, in Festus, Missouri, 41-year-old Diana M. Hall was fatally shot during an altercation with another woman. Police responded to a call around 11:30 p.m. in the 400 block of South 5th Street, where they found Hall unresponsive. Despite first responders' efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
