In the late afternoon of a Friday in Egg Harbor City, New Jersey, a graduation party was underway at Beacon Hall, a local banquet facility. Outside, however, the celebratory atmosphere was shattered by the sound of gunfire. When the chaos subsided, 30-year-old Terrance Dismuke of Atlantic City, a male, lay wounded.
