On a late summer evening in Sayreville, New Jersey, the life of 22-year-old Jeremiah Brown, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On August 20, 2024, at approximately 9:49 p.m., the sound of gunfire pierced the night on Swider Drive. When police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Brown suffering from a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased right there in the parking lot of an apartment building.
