Ibn Burnett, a 22-year-old resident of Drew, Mississippi, tragically lost his life to gun violence on February 15, 2024. The incident occurred in Drew, a small town in the Mississippi Delta region.
Along with Ibn Burnett, another individual named Kendrick Austin, age 23, also fell victim to gun violence on the same day in Drew, Mississippi. Both young men were remembered through online memorials, where friends and family could light virtual candles in their honor.
