In the spring of 2023, a domestic dispute at a motel in Roseville, Michigan, escalated into a fatal encounter for 30-year-old Dorian Swenson. On the evening of April 9th, an argument between Swenson and a woman inside the Victory Inn Motel turned violent. The woman summoned her boyfriend, Devonte Tucker, to the scene. Tucker, who was not acquainted with Swenson, arrived at the motel and the altercation intensified.
