Scott W. Eckert, a 56-year-old resident of Beaverton, Michigan, tragically lost his life on June 6, 2023. Born on September 18, 1966, Eckert was known for his close ties to family and friends. His death occurred in the early hours at his mobile home in Beaverton Lakeside Estates, where he was shot by Michael Durbin, a 45-year-old man from Flint. The incident also involved Wendy Krohn, Eckert's girlfriend, who was chased by Durbin but managed to escape unharmed.
