On September 29, 2024, Ronald Dale Erickson, a 53-year-old resident of Vicksburg, Michigan, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident that occurred in Schoolcraft. The event unfolded around 10:30 p.m. at 760 East VW Avenue, stemming from a dispute between Erickson and his neighbor.
