On a spring evening in Princess Anne, Maryland, the life of De’Shay Donique Cephas Sr., a 29-year-old male, was cut short. On May 19, 2024, officers responded to a call for a shooting on Pine Knoll Drive. Upon their arrival, they discovered Cephas suffering from a gunshot wound. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Another individual, Tavion Crawford, was also present and required medical attention.
