Damien Parker, a 26-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on October 7, 2024. The incident occurred at approximately 10:56 PM in the 2300 block of Harford Road in East Baltimore. Baltimore Police responded to the scene after receiving ShotSpotter alerts, which are automated gunshot detection notifications.
