In the quiet town of Pryor, Oklahoma, a place where visitors often pass through for work, a grim and unforeseen tragedy unfolded on the evening of July 21, 2024. Aaron Gonzales, a 40-year-old Hispanic man from Mexico, was in town for a job, staying at the Econo Lodge Motel. His night, and ultimately his life, was cut short in what authorities have described as a random and senseless act of violence. At approximately 9:30 PM, the calm of the motel was shattered by the sound of gunfire.
