Ngaire Tusi, a 31-year-old mother of seven from Tacoma, Washington, tragically lost her life on December 18, 2023. Her body was discovered around 8:30 a.m. underneath a picnic table in the Oakland Madrona Park off South Madison Street in Tacoma. The Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office determined that Tusi died from a gunshot wound to the head, and her death was ruled a homicide.
